High View Avenue, Herne Bay – New Build
We were asked to design a new dwelling on a vacant plot in an elevated position overlooking the sea at Hampton, west Herne Bay. The idea was to maximise the sea views and this was achieved by placing two bedrooms in the roof, each with dormer balconies and the ground floor having the living room and kitchen exiting onto a full width balcony accessed by bi-fold doors.
