Permission was gained for two detached three bedroom properties built on a vacant plot. This was an extremely sensitive project as the plot had remained undeveloped for over 70 years and, consequently, the neighbours were unhappy with its loss. Permission was gained without going to Appeal and these properties were built by a private developer.
