Herne Court, Central Parade, Herne Bay – Demolition and New Build

This project required demolition of existing dilapidated and poorly-extended Care Home.  Permission was granted for 14 luxury apartments, all overlooking the sea, including one Penthouse Suite in the roof.  All floors are serviced by lifts and there is private, gated parking.
